Hello I’m Chloé and this is my site! I’m a transgender woman and educator. Coming out in 2016 changed my life forever, as I just didn’t find me, but I found community. I was swooped up by the Freedom New Hampshire Transgender Nondiscrimination Campaign and quickly found myself becoming an outspoken advocate and speaker. Lending my voice to rallies, panels and one-on-one discussions we met Granite Staters where they were at by introducing simply ourselves and sharing who we are.

With our historic victory I began working in grassroots advocacy. This work continues today as I regularly find myself working with the ACLU of NH on Ask a Trans Person Anything Panels and advocacy trainings on how to get civically involved in our communities.

In so many ways, The Making of Self isn’t just my story, it’s all our stories. For when we open up to possibility, we open ourselves to a larger world. Thanks for reading!
